Color with golden reflections, the effervescence is dynamic.
NOSE
Very floral first nose: iris, hyacinth, lilac which combine with notes of their whites (lily, acacia) more honeyed and linden.
MOUTH
Very beautiful, complex and tense palate. To the scents of flowers are added those of spices (pepper, nutmeg) then dried fruits, the presence of a chalky terroir and citrus fruits which give tension to the wine.
